There are lots of real estate management companies in DC. For this discussion we are focusing on residential management of condominiums and on one company in particular -- BRIM Inc. located at 4400 Macarthur Blvd in Northwest Washington, DC.
This outfit is headed by shadowy figure named Bernard "Bernie" Robinson. He has been lingering around Washington for a number of years and has managed several properties in the DC area. He is rumored to have a criminal record for embezzlement from the condo fees at one of his properties. People who have asked too many questions at condo association meetings have been intimidated by him and been met with "unforeseen expenses" relating to their unit which must be handled "immediately." As someone who has been at the mercy of BRIM, please take my advice and steer clear of this man and his firm.

Robinson is a thief, he actiually lurks around in the dead of night stealing other companies assets that are left outside.

Only property managers can decide what is best for a certain situation, but either approach will work well if everyone is properly educated and informed.

I have worked with BRIM on a couple of projects and I think Bernie is a talented and responsible property manager (based on my experience). He has increased condominimum reserve budgets and makes excellent and proactive decisions. I know that working for condo boards is not always easy. They require difficult decisions and you will always have a portion of the residents/board members that disagree with any decision that is recommended.
Don't put limits on what you eat as much as you do how much you are eating. Training with intensity does not mean training foolishly; you must always train within your limits by using an appropriate resistance and exercises that you are capable of doing. Yet, before you can get to this point, you first have to make a start.
